Boozy news! The newest concept from Scotch and Bacon restaurant group, BUYA Izakaya + Yakitori located in Wynwood launched their new Boozy Brunch!

The new opening times will be 11am until 4pm Saturday and Sunday and it will be offering delicious BOOZY DRANKS such as Rising Sun Spritz a mix of Strawberries sous vide Cappelletti, Yuzu, Soda and Bubbles, Fuji Sangria, a mix of Fuji Apple infused Bushido Sake, Fino Sherry, Peach Bitters, Yuzu Juice, Orange Juice, Vanilla Simple and Soda. Buya also offers a Detox Cocktail option with Carrots, Celery, Apples, Ginger and Turmeric and an unlimited $25 24th Street Mimosas prepared with Bushido Sake, Orange Juice or Peach Puree.

An Izakaya, is a type of informal Japanese bar that serves alcoholic drinks and street food. Izakayas are casual places for after-work-socializing. They have been compared to irish pubs, tapas bars and saloons.

Starring their Brunch menu, make sure to order some food to go along your drinks, you can’t miss the Wagyu Steak + Fried Egg ($24) Yuzu Kosho, Wasabi, Salt, and their unique Sweet Potato Hash ($10)

Wynwood's trendy food hall @1800lucky is shaking things up! Cocktail enthusiasts can get through the rest of the week and sip a Hibiscus and Lemon G&T for $10 all day this Friday, April 9th. The cocktail features fresh lemon and brewed hibiscus tea which has a fresh and floral essence. Enjoy their outdoor patio and stay for @mrpauer dj set at 8 PM!

Sailing through La Ruta del Ron, we stopped in Martinique, where we were delighted by delicious Ti’ Punch cocktails. In our second destination port @barnancymiami a friendly competition was held between Chris Funk who presented his “Lime in the coconut” cocktail and Jon Mendez delighted us with “Papa’s sweet Ti”. Both made with the favorite island spirit, Rhum Clement. Guests enjoyed Martinique’s national drink in Bar Nancy’s Patio where the ambiance is set for a wonderful night.

To close International Women’s Month, we look back at our beautiful event celebrating womanhood with CHAWAR @andeanagave at @1beachclubsobe. We hosted a mindful tasting with @kanekshun while learning about this Ecuadorian spirit with Evan Marcus, and having a conversation with Valeria Alvarez from @peelsoftserve and @helenajose from 2ozmag. Profits from the event was to collaborate with the women from Mishkita Cooperative in Ecuador.
